Maintenance of cardiovascular health and prevention of cardiovascular disease can only be resolved with lifestyle changes and not with drugs. to exercise your heart you should at least do 20 minutes of cardio exercise swimming basketball soccer.

Even taking a brisk walk for 30 minutes a day can make a big difference. the difference between swimming and baseball is that in swimming your always moving and in baseball your only standing in place so the more you move the more you have to work out your heart. parkour is a good exercise to do for your heart cause your always working out and running and you jump and climb all these obstacles so you workout a lot all the time

i live a healthier life cause i can lower risk of any heart disease and avoid everything that has to do with diseases it works only if you work out all day 20 min a day 5 days a week and you would feel really good. but during vacation m going to stay home and play video games then run for 20 minutes a day ill try to do my best to keep this promise to myself.
